WHO IS BEHIND THIS

Most real estate funds are run by people who hire builders. I am the builder.

I did not come to this from finance.

I run Fortified Buildings LLC in east central Indiana. Post frame homes, on real dirt, with crews I know by name. I learned this business by getting the framing wrong and paying for it, not by modeling it in a spreadsheet.

Fortified Capital LLC exists because I got tired of watching good projects stall for capital while people with capital sat on the sidelines looking for something they could actually understand. The construction margin most sponsors pay away to a general contractor is the same margin we keep inside the operation.

This playbook is the explanation I found myself giving over and over at kitchen tables. It is written plainly, it does not pitch, and it will tell you honestly when this is not a fit.
